Shipping policy

We can ship to virtually anywhere within Canada via any carrier or by mail: F.O.B - C.I.F. - C.O.D. For outside Canada, shipping and handling costs will be added according to UPS rates.You will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders over $50.

There is a minimum delivery charge of $6.40 plus $1.53 for every additional product via Air Mail or Continental ground, UPS ground.

Return and exchange policy

No Refund. Cosmetic products are not exchangeable due to their personal nature.

You may return most Drula products sold by drulaproducts.com within 21 days of delivery time, if the order is incorrect due to our error.

However, we cannot accept any returned item which is, not in its original condition, damaged, defective or is missing parts, returned after the 15 days delivery deadline. We may also pay return shipping cost if the return is caused by our mistake.
